Justin Scott-Coe is a Ph.D candidate in English at Claremont Graduate University, with an emphasis in early and 19th-century American literature and critical theory. His day job is Public Affairs Specialist at Monte Vista Water District in Montclair, California, and in 2009 Scott-Coe was appointed to the Board of Public Utilities for the City of Riverside, California. Scott-Coe served as managing editor and technical editor for Reconstruction from 2006-2008, and currently serves as list editor for H-Water.
