Marc A. Ouellette teaches Cultural and Gender Studies at McMaster University. A recently published paper on post-9/11 video games appears in Game Studies and a piece on what Ouellette calls "mundane masculinity" was included in UNIversitas. Upcoming works on masculinity and abuse/masochism will be appearing in a collection on Ford Madox Ford's The Good Soldier and in Canadian Children's Literature. Ouellette is a member of Post Identity's review board, and is managing editor of Reconstruction.
